Sue is a Director of Engineering Recruiters, she has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Auckland. Sue has 8 years recruiting experience and regularly travels internationally sourcing talented engineers for the New Zealand market.

Sue specialises in the civil engineering field.

Keith McConnell

Keith is a Director of Engineering Recruiters. He is a Commerce Graduate from Otago University. Over a 20 year period he has held a number of Chief Executive roles within medium sized companies in a number of diverse industries in Australia and New Zealand.

Keith specialises in consulting projects, especially those with a high degree of change management.

Derek Hooper - London Representative

Derek is a kiwi Civil Engineer who has been working in the UK for the last 8 years. As an experienced engineer, Derek knows the industry well and is able to speak with both employer and candidate with an understanding of skills, experience and job requirements.

Derek is based in London and specialises in sourcing candidates from the UK, Europe and Dubai.
