This is a 2IC opportunity for a senior civil engineer who thrives on challenge and diversity, working on large-scale projects! Amongst your strengths will be your track record with highway design and general civil design including drainage etc. You will be involved in the design, management and engineering of projects, leading teams and continuing business development.
Key attributes sought include:
10-15 years experience in highways design NZTA/Austroads standards
BE Civil/CPEng or similar
Proven relationship building abilities
Strong business development focus
Team leadership skills
Good knowledge of local authority environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
